Rodolfo Washington Earl Mercado, Jr

President and Chief Executive Officer - Named after the original owner and founder of Leogem (Rudy Mercado) and successor to the 40-year Leogem business. He sometimes goes by Rod, at times Washington, other times Earl, or even Washington Earl in the business world. His family has nicknamed him Popo, perhaps due to his popular names! Since he was a young kid, Popo had been the right-hand man of Rudy Mercado. He was taught all the multi-faceted operations of the business, long before there was any process nor vendors who knew how to service kitchen exhaust ducts. Rudy and Popo learned the in's and out's of the business and pioneered many of the practices and improvements in the industry today.

Ferdinand Michael Mercado

Chief Operations and Strategy Officer - Also goes by "Mike," is the 8th child and youngest son of co-founders of Leogem (Rudy and Marilene Mercado). Educated and trained as an architect in the United States, Mike has the keen eye evaluating different types of exhaust ducts at hotels and restaurants, and provides operational strategies for Leogem's workforce.

Christian Mercado

Chief Financial Officer - An engineer by trade but a financial expert at heart! Christian is the 5th child of the original co-founders of Leogem (the late Rudy and Marilene Mercado). Christian is an expert at number crunching and has been instrumental in advising the board to strive for over 40+ years!

Hope Mercado

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer - The 7th child of the co-founders (Rudy and Marilene Mercado) and for whom the HOPE-7 solvent was named after. Hope also holds her own law practice and serves as in-house lawyer to represent the family business.

Joy Mercado

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer - One of 5 daughters of the original co-founders of Leogem, and the 9th child among 10. Joy serves as sales and marketing consultant chairman for Leogem. Joy's expertise is in sales and contract procurement, marketing operations and branding. Joy has worked as consultant for t Fortune 500 companies across the globe. She telecommutes from the United States and the Philippines.
